Tiago has a degree in legal and social sciences (law) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), his bachelor's dissertation was within the sphere of international law and dealt with the Constitution of the European Union (not referenced) and its conflicts with the concept of national sovereignty. At the moment he is a candidate for his master's degree in International Studies at the University of Montreal and the focus of his work is on the relations of international politics with the coup d'état, impeachment without crime, which occurred in Brazil in 2016.
